POSITION INFO:
Guest Experience Agent | Qatar | New opening Luxury Hotel
We are looking for experienced GUEST EXPERIENCE AGENT to join the team of a new opening, luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. This hotel brand is a part of one of the largest hospitality group with presence in 110 countries.
Start: The candidate MUST be able to onboard from 10th August 2021
Responsibilities for Guest Experience Agent
- Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by offering attentive service to every guest and associate, greet guest immediately with a friendly smile and sincere welcome
- Listen carefully to understand all guest requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information.
- Resolve any problems or issues quickly, efficiently and courteously
- Anticipate potential issues and problems and engage proactively to avoid them
- Ensure guest, room and group event information gathered and data enter is accurate, up to date and properly communicated
- Prepare list of expected arrivals, assist in preregistration activities and process advance reservations
- Remain up-to-date and familiar with procedures, activities at the hotel, local attractions, current events, directions and other information on the local area in order to provide accurate information at the Front Desk
- Wear proper uniform at all times
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Hospitality qualification
- Two or more years of experience working in a 5 Star hotel in a similar position
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Fast thinker
- Fluent English
- Other languages will be a big advantage
Salary package:
- Basic QAR 2500 (ZAR 9700)
