SUMMARY:
A collection of exclusive safari lodges and romantic hotels across South Africa, is looking for a GROUP REVENUE MANAGER

POSITION INFO:
As Group Revenue Manager, your primary objective is to maximise profitability by ensuring rooms are sold to the right customers, at the right price, and at the right time. You achieve this through strategic pricing, inventory control, and distribution channel management, while continuously refining revenue strategies and identifying opportunities for additional income across the group.

Candidate requirements:

Valid RSA ID
Minimum of a Matric certificate; further education or formal training in revenue management is advantageous
Proven track record within a luxury hotel/lodge environment is non-negotiable
5 to 8 years’ experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, specifically in a luxury lodge and hotel environment
Strong understanding of hotel revenue management concepts, pricing strategies, and inventory control
Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends, and solve complex problems
Experience with group reservations and room block processes
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure

This is a live-out role. Salary package includes a Provident Fund, with a 5% company contribution, and Medical Aid as part of the Cost to Company structure.
