Leading long-term insurance provider, with a sterling reputation, are looking to appoint an experienced Group Information Governance Specialist to join their team.

In this key role, be responsible for supporting the development, management and delivery of the Group Information Governance programme and assisting the Manager: IT Governance, the Compliance division, and actively supporting the various Information Governance communities within the Group.

National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, statistics, informatics, information systems, information technology, engineering, or another quantitative field preferred. 5 – 10 years’ experience in implementing and supporting information governance programmes; 5 – 10 years’ experience in insurance, financial services or banking and a Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP); coupled with a deep understanding of leading industry external frameworks and methodologies (e.g., DAMA / DMBOK, ARMA, CMMI DMM etc,) essential
