Company & Job Description

Our client located in Beira; Mozambique is looking to hire a Group Health & Safety: Environment & Security Manager. They are an established company in the logistics space with a footprint in the African continent. Their services focus on assisting clients with their unique requirements. The successful candidate in this role will ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are met & improved.

Duties:

Report on Health & Safety processes & systems
Identify areas of improvement & training for Health & Safety processes & systems
Design & implement processes, guidelines etc.
Ensure that the company is compliant with Health & Safety standards
Manage all relevant operations in the field of Health & Safety
Perform any adhoc tasks that are required

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Experience with: ISO45001:2018 & LEAD Auditor and Trainer
OHSAS 18 000 Certification
Degree/ Diploma in relevant field of study
6 – 8 years in relevant working environment
Experience with travel into Africa
Driving License: Class B
