JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified AGA(SA) / SAICA qualified Employment Equity individual with a vision to become a partner of the business.

Responsibilities:

Accurate Financials results (monthly)
Revenue WIP (Revenue Recognition vs. Invoicing)
Working Capital(Cash Flow) reporting and Management
Debtors Aging
Creditors Aging
Overseeing stock take
Inventory Pegging to WIP and Projects
Petty cash recons
Asset management and monthly tracking
Creditors · As per Accounts Payable Process
Managing the processing of Accounts Payable (Creditors Invoices, PO's and receipts)
Debtors · As per Accounts Receivable Process
Following up on monthly receipts as per AR Process
Managing the Process of all debtors invoices once sign off have been received
Quarterly client visits
Job Costing
Costing Control on all jobs
GP and Commission reporting
Budget
Proactive budget vs. actual tracking and reporting with factual reasons for differences
Budget compiling
Weekly deadlines
Financial Meetings
Feedback on all overdue Debtors (60days +) - per Invoice.
Actual Invoicing for the month to date
Forecasted Invoicing for the Month
Revenue WIP - reason differences between Revenue recognized and invoicing per project
Inventory Pegged to WIP - Dates included when project should be finalized.
Reporting deadlines will be communicated Monthly
Monthly and Y2D Financial results
Creditors Payment list - accompanied with invoices, statements and PO number on Invoice
Petty Cash recons or when reimbursement is due
Credit card Recons
Job costing and Commission report - where relevant
Forecasting submitted on BI
Inventory on hand, highlighting possible risk i.e. slow mowing stock
Submission of all SARS related returns
VAT
EMP201
EMP501
Income Tax

Requirements:

AGA(SA) / Degree and completed SAICA Articles
3 Years post articles
Xero / Caseware
