Group Financial Manager â€“ Parktown JHB

POSITION INFO:

QUALIFICATIONS:

ØMinimum of a relevant tertiary qualification (CA) NQF level 7.

ØAt least 10 years’ experience as an operational finance manager with more than one operation.

ØManagement experience/ability within a result driven industrial environment (10 yrs.)

ØExperience/ability to manage employees in line with relevant employment legislations (5 yrs.)

ØExperience/ability to understand and act upon financial issues of a high budget business (10 year.)

ØExperience working on financial ERP systems.

ØAX experience preferable.

REQUIREMENTS:

ØKnowledge of the Timber industry and related products would be advantageous.

ØSound business acumen.

ØAdvanced levels of computer literacy in complete MS Office suite.

ØInfluencing and persuasive skills.

ØPerson must be fully literate in the English language and be able to represent both himself and the business at all levels.

ØAbility to prepare accurate reports and presentations and the self-confidence to communicate this work to various levels of the business.

ØMentoring ability.

ØPerson of integrity, passion for work, excellence and success.

ØResults driven team player.

ØCompetent to assess situations and have the ability to make decisions.

ØWillingness to travel.

ØAbility to work under constant pressure.
