A well-established telecommunications company is in search of a Group Financial Controller with a B.Com Degree with 3 years’ experience under the belt that has equipped them with the necessary skills to deal with group consolidations and high level financial reporting.

My client is a stalwart in the Telecommunications industry, providing FTTH, LTE, voice and Satellite Internet services. They place a high premium on innovation with an intentional aim to increase their footprint across domestic and corporate channels. They are in search of a motivated and experience Group Financial Controller who can take responsibility for stakeholder engagement, financial reporting and analysis and someone who will ensure compliance, both statutory and regulatory.

As Group Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

Developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting
High-level financial reporting and analysis
Regular budget consolidation
Cash flow management
Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
Stakeholder management
Preparing company tax
Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
Developing financial reviews and providing strategic input
Payroll processing
Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
Well-developed leadership skills
Mentoring

Job Experience and Skills Required:

B.Com with 2 – 3 years’ experience
Group consolidations experience
