Company is seeking to appoint a highly seasoned Corporate Services Executive to provide strategic leadership to develop and maintain the Company’s image locally and internationally through appropriate communication protocols, marketing, media, company community involvement, transformation, client and passenger experience strategies and other interventions with its stakeholders. Influence corporate policy and legislative instruments, manage and lead the Group Legal function to mitigate risk and penalties to company

POSITION INFO:

Job Description

Translate organisational goals applicable to area of responsibility as derived from business plan into clear direction, implement effectively and efficiently and ensure that appropriate remedial actions are taken;
Develop and implement an company Marketing, Brand Communication strategy in support of the Global Strategy;
Direct CSI, sustainable socio-economic development, and economic transformation strategies and initiatives aligned to the directives from Government, its economic transformation agenda and the company Global Strategy;
Direct the assessment/ monitoring of the current state of ethics, the promotion thereof and effective anti-corruption programs across company ;
Accountable for the legal strategy and legislative framework, the provision of adequate and appropriate legal advisory services, litigation management and legal risk management through a Centre of Excellence;
Embed a culture of customer and stakeholder centricity across company that is supported by world class client and passenger services;
Develop and implement marketing, branding and media strategy to build company’s image and reputation locally and internationally through various channels and platforms, aligned to its mandate and Global Strategy;
Lead and direct the digital communications strategy by increasing presence across website, mobile applications, terminal digital solutions and social business;

Job Requirements
Technical Skills and Experience

Bachelor Honours degree (480 credits, NQF Level 8) in Legal, Marketing and Branding (Communications) is essential;
Master’s degree (MBA / MBL) qualification would be advantageous;
5 years Senior Management experience is essential;
10 years Management experience in areas of Governance, Stakeholder / Corporate Affairs, CSI and Communication
