SUMMARY:
Large Automotive client based in the South of JHB is looking for a Group Bookings Clerk - Automotive Industry

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Telephone Etiquette
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to deal with difficult customers

Main job Functions:

Book customers vehicles and preparing Job card for daily bookings
Managing service actions, scheduling bookings
Following up on AVO
Communicate customers via e-mail, SMS and telephonically
Follow up with customers and sending reminders
Capturing information on the Auto line system
Knowledge/Experience of loading workshop hours
Providing feedback to Workshop Foreman, Service Manager and Service Advisors
