POSITION INFO:

Managing the full accounting function for the business unit allocated

Assisting the Group Financial Manager in terms of planning, monitoring and directing of the financial policies of the group

Processing of Group payroll journals, completion and submissions of EMP 201’s

Monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Monthly Management Accounts and reporting

Maintenance and manage of Group fixed asset registers

Finalising monthly VAT recons and submissions thereof

Liaising with external auditors

Investigating and responding to queries such as variance analysis and more if required

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years post articles experience

Retail industry experience/exposure (Highly Advantageous)

Qualification:

BCom Accounting or similar

Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (Essential)
