Grinder

The Montagu / Outeniqua Golf Course Maintenance team is now accepting applications for a Grinder – someone who can add his / her skills to the team and that takes great pride and pleasure in caring for our golf courses.
 
The ideal candidate will be a reliable and responsible worker, who passed Grade 10 or equivalent, has gained at least 1 year basic mechanical knowledge or previous workshop experience. Blades sharpening and grinding experience will be an added advantage
 
Duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Grinding and sharpening all grass cutting blades;
• Cleaning and maintaining the grinding store and grinding machines;
• Make sure the workshop yard is clean at all times;
• Assist in the workshop as and when needed;
• Comply with the health and safety guideline of such an operation.

The successful candidate will be expected to rotate between 
The Links Golf Course Maintenance and M/O Golf Course Maintenance
