POSITION INFO:

 JOB DESCRIPTION: GRAPHIC DESIGNER & MARKETING ASSISTANT

 The role works closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Manager to ensure that company and group company corporate identity and branding is professionally and creatively applied across the various group businesses in order to build a cohesive offering and make a professional impression on all stakeholders. The purpose of the role is to ensure the professional and contemporary presentation of all company communication and brand touch points (physical and digital).

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Conceptualisation and design development

• To work in and with the Marketing team to generate appropriate ideas for annual and departmental campaigns, for events, videos and social media content that serves the messaging that needs to be delivered. This includes the development of Infographics.

Quality, intelligent and resolved design of:

• Corporate Identity elements (CI Manual, various process and presentation document templates, business cards, organograms etc.) These should all be up to date, within CI parameters and timeously available to be produced as required.
• Client Bi-monthly Impact Newsletter
• Regular Employee Communication in various formats for a variety of channels. e.g.: HIVE, Email, social media, Posters etc. (HIVE = Employee Communication Platform App)
• PowerPoint presentations, including advanced animation. These would include Company Credentials, Business Pitches and various Client and internal Reports.

• Branding collateral: Posters, Banners, Certificates, Uniforms and signage from time to time
• Video – design elements for use in editing and animation
• Social media platform content creation

Job Related Administration

Various administrative tasks to support the CMO and the Marketing Manager when required
