Graphic Designer - Junior Illustrator & Video Editing

POSITION INFO:

Our client is a 24/7 desktop publishing company, based in central Cape Town, produces business graphics in English, German and Arabic, and is looking for innovative individuals to join our team.

We provide high level office support services with a focus on desktop publishing and we are looking for Talented Graphic Designers with corporate identity design experience and excellent knowledge of PowerPoint. The ideal candidate must be a well-rounded creative with problem solving skills and a solid understanding of page layout and typography.

Job description

• Understanding and interpreting brand guidelines, and extending them to various media
• Designing for print, web and other media
• Designing and formatting PowerPoint presentations
• Coaching of In-house staff

Requirements 

• Highly capable in Adobe and MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel), with an emphasis on PPT
• Sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience in Corporate Identity design
• Should have a full-time qualification from a relevant tertiary institute
• Must be able to present a portfolio of his/her work
• Conceptual development and story-lining skills
• Delivery of high-quality work
