Graphic Designer

Our client is looking for a creative and ambitious in-house or freelance Graphic Designer to support all design projects across the business and support creative direction.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work alongside the marketing team, business area heads and directors to develop high-quality design assets for marketing campaigns, websites, company presentations, partnerships, social platforms and other projects as they arise.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop improved creative identities for large marketing campaigns to target HNWIs and UHNWIs
• Create new formats for engaging social content
• Work alongside the company's partnerships team to develop creative design tools to improve outreach and conversions
• Create industry leading presentation styles for the full team to implement
• Striving to continually improve sales and marketing decks
• Sourcing the strongest imagery to use to showcase stories and experiences in the strongest possible way
• Edit, crop and re-size creative assets dependent on use
• Manage naming and filing of creative assets
• Improve brand guidelines and ensure these are being used by the team
• Consider ways to improve individual and collective brand identity across the group

Personal Specification

• Creative individual with an inventive design approach
• A solid understanding of brand and creative direction
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• A readiness to contribute creatively and drive a consistent and forward-thinking brand identity
• Team player who is also comfortable leading on responsibilities independently

Experience and Qualifications

• A creative portfolio that showcases examples aligned with this role
• A minimum of 2 years’ in a designer role or freelance positions
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Preferred luxury or travel sector experience or passion
• Experience in photography and content creation a plus
• Appropriate design qualifications.
