The Role: Graphic Designer

Our client is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content across two growing brands. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to a junior to mid-level designer who enjoys working from clear briefs, producing polished creative work, and contributing to a growing brand presence.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver creative assets across digital, print, sales, events, and social media. The role is focused on design quality, consistency, and adaptability rather than marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• 2+ years of graphic design experience with strong corporate B2B design exposure
• Design and produce sales collateral, pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case studies
• Create event materials, including banners, stands, signage, and promotional visuals
• Produce website and digital marketing visuals across both brands
• Design social media graphics and carousel assets for multiple platforms
• Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all creative outputs
• Adapt creative styles between brands while maintaining overall consistency
• Work from structured briefs and manage multiple design tasks effectively
• Respond positively to feedback and revise designs where required
• Support the creation of reusable templates to improve efficiency and consistency

About You

• Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across digital, print, and social media
• Corporate B2B design experience is non-negotiable
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
• Confident using relevant design tools
• Proven ability to work to deadlines and execute against briefs
• Adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the business
• Strong communication skills with a clear and neutral English accent
• Comfortable working UK business hours remotely
• Strong visual thinking and attention to detail
• Interested in building a long-term creative career within a growing business
