Graphic Designer & Office Administrator

SUMMARY:
Are you a qualified Graphic Designer who has experience in both Graphic Design and Administration duties assisting in general administration within a corporate office. Our International Client based in the Fish Hoek area requires your combined skills to assist with their Marketing department.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric

Own transport and drivers license

Graphic Design Qualification and experience

Min 2 years experience in both graphic design and general administration

Able to travel occasionally

Knowledge of marketing, digital, content and social advantageous

Excellent writing and communication skills

Very good eye for detail and design

Energetic personality and wanting to grow in the position

Create designs for all marketing requirements within the Company

Enhance current documentation with improved design ideas

Amend manuals and edit pictures, documentation and proposals

Assist the Sales and Marketing manager to conduct research to analyse market trends

Plan/manage conferences & trade shows identifying, assembling & coordinating requirements

Establishing contacts, developing schedules and coordinating mailing list

Annual calendar design and organisation

Ensuring the company website is up to date, facilitating any changes needed

Create and manage company LinkedIn page

Keeping contacts list up to date

Liaising with clients and following-up on client queries and quotes

Assist with generating quotes and tenders

Maintaining necessary client experience summaries

Drafting tenders according to tender specifications along with Sales & Marketing Manager

SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience
