Graphic Design
|
- The ability to work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software packages to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
- Ability to communicate a specific idea through each graphic representation.
- Ensure designs meet both global standards, organizational standards and brand expectations. Express ideas accurately according to supplied guidelines and represent the company and brand appropriately.
- Work both independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team and commercial divisions, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, scheduling project implementation based on workload - which may include multiple, simultaneous projects
- Examine existing brief, design and approval processes -identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities and output.
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs, stock and lifestyle imagery, photography and video content.
- Video editing experience advantageous.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, digital brand collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
- Develop concepts by hand or with software based on benchmarking, research and positioning information and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
- Manage the design & uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system.
- Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications.
- Visual storytelling that engages, informs and inspires.
- Ability to take conceptual ideas and create visual
Representations, for both traditional & digital media.
- Expert knowledge of current design software.
- Skilled to handle every step of the design process from concept to final deliverable.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Establish a network of reliable graphic related service providers.
