SUMMARY:
We are looking for 6 high potential, entrepreneurial marketing graduates who would like to learn and grow quickly within a high performance, dynamic, driven and growing national company operating in the labour outsourcing market in South Africa. • Qualification Criteria
• Matric
• Post matric qualification in Sales & Marketing (Degree / Diploma) – ESSENTIAL
• Valid Driver’s Licence - ESSENTIAL
• Advanced computer skills – MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Own Car (Advantageous but not essential)
• Social Media Experience
• Clear criminal record – ESSENTIAL
• Willing to relocate – JHB, CTN, PE (Advantageous but not essential)

 

• Job description:
•  
• Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful Trainees will be required to support the Sales Team in the following activities:
•  Identify and quantify marketing opportunities in categories in which we operate

• New business development, Cold Calling, establish own client base
• Help to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns to maximise these opportunities
• Look for gaps in the market to exploit and grow
• Analyse and interpret data to provide recommendations for brand development
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute projects within assigned timelines and budgets

 

• Experience:
•  No work experience is necessary, but would be advantageous. High attention to detail and accuracy, comfortable working within a fast paced environment.

• Organised/driven and committed to learning, while having fun doing so. Strong work ethic and values.
