POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and configure tailored software solutions.
Engage in the entire project lifecycle, from information gathering to solution design, configuration, system testing, and user training.
Work on smart, custom-built software and IT solutions that drive business goals.
Provide exceptional support and continuous improvement for our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, test, and enhance software solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues on solution configuration and testing.
Participate in unit and end-to-end testing.
Deploy solutions across various environments: Development, QA, and Production.
Create technical designs and documentation.
Engage in feedback sessions to refine our offerings.

Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Creative problem-solver with a focus on quality.
Excellent time management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects.
Detail-oriented, especially when working with sensitive data.
Strong communicator, skilled in interpersonal, written, and public speaking.

Qualifications:

BSc/BEng with outstanding academic performance.
A or B symbol in Mathematics at Matric level.
