Requirements:

Essential: A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing/Multimedia/ journalism or any related fields
Must be fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of the content industry in Francophone Africa
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French

Responsibilities include:

Assist Francophone Editorial team
Origination of ideas for channels, stories and other content work
Creation and monitoring of content for learnings and self-correction
Translation of content for increased relevance, topical and seasonal opportunities
Research into trends, content offerings and partners in Francophone African to ensure product is up to date and engaging
Passionate about Africa and African content, from education to music to gaming
