POSITION INFO:
Graduate Database Support Analyst required to join a very successful technical consultancy based in South East London. The company provide a very up to date application environment and invest a lot in new technology, so the role will be challenging but career making, and will provide you with some excellent hands on experience!
The role will mainly consist of providing first line support and helping clients through any of their technical issues. These enquiries will come through a ticketed system, so the ability to react quickly and think on your feet is a must. The role is 3 days a week and is shift patterned, so will consist of both day and night shifts.
Shift Patterns- Out of hours
** Nightshift 6:30pm-7:30am
** Dayshift 07:30am - 06:30pm
On 39 hours per week on rotational basis. (3 days per week).
Key Skills/Experiences:
** High calibre graduate, with a degree in Computer Science, or other IT related disciplines.
** Experience with relational databases such as SQL or Oracle (Either commercial or from university).
** Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be speaking with clients, and often be their first point of contact.
**Experience within a customer facing role.
