SUMMARY:
An internationally recognized and established industry leader is seeking an exceptional Business Development Engineer to expand its global presence and market share.

POSITION INFO:

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates with outstanding matric results who are eager to contribute to driving sustainable financial growth. Your role will be key in increasing sales, developing innovative products and solutions, and building strong client relationships. As a vital member of the team, you will create and execute effective sales strategies. A strong motivation to pursue and close new business opportunities is essential for success in this position. Technical engineering knowledge, especially in the design and build of relevant products, will be advantageous.

Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 85% average in matric (Non-negotiable)

Experience:

No prior work experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote the company’s products/services to meet or anticipate client needs.
Prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal guidelines.
Develop and set goals for business growth and development, ensuring they are achieved.
Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and travel itineraries.
Provide reliable feedback and offer after-sales support to clients.
Create and implement a growth strategy focused on financial success and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Reach out to potential clients to expand the network and schedule meetings (both domestic and international).
Explore new markets and enhance sales performance.
Develop and manage marketing initiatives.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay updated and expand networks.

Additional Information:

Willingness to work beyond regular office hours depending on workload and international time zones.
Market-related remuneration based on qualifications and experience.
Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
Must be open to international travel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
Own reliable transport is required.
Preferred age range: 23–28 years old.
Bilingualism is preferred.
