SUMMARY:
Springfield Park. Well-established Clothing manufacturer seeks competent Grader / Rater with solid experience working on Lectra system.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Provide markers for costing and estimation for bulk fabric orders
Liaising with Patternmakers and Merchandisers / Co-ordinators for best fit to cost
Working closely with the Patternmakers and QA team to ensure all pattern changes are accurately reflected before marking
Creating accurate and timeous PP markers
Creating accurate bulk markers for factories to use for bulk production
Ensuring factories have all required markers in line with production timelines
Assisting in training Junior team member to grader, rate, and mark
Receive master patterns and file
Ensure patterns are digitized
Ensure patterns are accurately graded as per correct spec
Ensure correct ratio is used, as per PO
Check bulk rating against costed rating after Production Marker
Ensure lay plan for factory is correct
