Grade A Site Supervisor

SUMMARY:
The Grade A Supervisor will report to the Integrated Services Manager.

POSITION INFO:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enforce the company disciplinary ‘Code of Conduct’
• Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day supervision of Security Personnel
• Assist with client and staff complaints
• Assist with training of onsite Security Personnel
• Assist Shift managers with Investigations, on-site allegations and report findings accordingly
• Take a proactive approach to armed reaction related matters
• Ensure an efficient and effective armed response service to the site
• Communicate with Staff, Public, Client and Management with regards to Security needs

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• PSIRA Grade A Registered
• Matric Certified
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the Security Industry
• 3 to 5 years of previous Supervisor experience
