Glen Austin, Midrand: SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (TRANSFERS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable
-Strong business English proficiency
-Minimum 2 years recent working Conveyancing Secretarial experiencing in attending to Development Transfers at a law firm a must
-Experience in drafting Development Transfers documents a must (independently functional from start to finish)
-Sound knowledge and understanding of Townships (conditions of establishments and general plans)
-Sound knowledge and understanding of Servitudes and Notarial documents (notarial ties, servitudes on new developments)
-Good communication skills
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey
-Own vehicle
-Stable employment record
-Contactable reference
Duties:
-Handling of Development Transfers from receipt of inception to finalization of the matter
-Full title and sectional title Development Transfers, subdivisions, opening of townships etc.
-Drafting of Transfers documents and all related functions (fully independently)
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: R 16 000.00 – R 22 000.00 gross + benefits
