You will be received at the airport on arrival. You also do not have to worry about finding a living space and arranging administrative matters because that is provided by their Relocation Department.

Your key job responsibilities as the German speaking Online Agent in Cape Town, South Africa will include:

Customer contact via phone and chat
Solving questions on the subjects of account management, billing
Assistance with both use of the streaming platform
Support for questions about software, system configuration and network settings
Help customers with solving their concerns
You actively care for customers, with a positive attitude and professionalism

Requirements for this German speaking Online Agent job in Cape Town, South Africa:

Must be fluent in German and English
Possibility to work for 3-6 months
Permanent residence permit or South African ID holders only
Good communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
Able to process confidential and / or highly sensitive information
