SUMMARY:
A company in the automotive industry, based in Kyalami would like to employ a German Internal sales consultant.

POSITION INFO:

 

 Minimum requirements:

  • Reside close to Kyalami
  • Fluent German and English
  • Customer service/sales experience

 

 

Main duties:

  • Website chats
  • Assisting team members as required
  • Professional and empathetic client services
  • Following up and generating of sales leads, including upselling
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Record keeping of client communication
  • Warranty claims

 

Working hours: 7h30 to 17h00

 

Salary: R 10 000 to R 11 500 per month. Provident fund.
