The Role: Resource Consultant / Resource Analyst
This role focuses on delivering high-quality research, data management, and talent mapping to build a best-in-class recruitment pipeline. Working within the company''s bespoke recruitment solution, ICE (Identify, Connect, Engage), you''ll gather market insights, map competitors, and manage candidate outreach ensuring the recruitment team has the intelligence and resources needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct competitor mapping across 3545 branches in Germany and the UK, identifying Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and other key roles.

Source candidates using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other platforms to build and maintain strong pipelines.

Re-engage past candidates through professional outreach via LinkedIn, email, and text.

Manage accurate data entry, deduplication, and enrichment in CRM systems.

Produce market intelligence and competitor reports to support hiring strategies.

Collaborate with recruitment leads and hiring stakeholders to deliver qualified shortlists.

Maintain structured records and ensure CRM hygiene to the highest standard.
About You

1-3 years experience in recruitment resourcing, talent mapping, or market research (wholesale, sales, or industrial sectors an advantage).

Native or C1/C2 proficiency in German (written and spoken); Dutch/French a plus.

Strong technical skills with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, CRMs, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Highly organised, detail-focused, and methodical in handling high-volume data.

Strong written communication and professional outreach style.

Self-starter who thrives in a hybrid environment, aligned with UK working hours.

Comfortable handling repetitive research and data tasks with accuracy and consistency.
