German Consultant - Cloud Based Software

SUMMARY:
A well established outsource call centre is looking for German Cloud based software consultants to be part of their dynamic team. You will be responsible to assist clients with getting the product set up as well as trouble shooting and helping with web -skins once the product is sold.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting technical software related enquiries via phone and email.
• Identifying, troubleshooting and logging software ''bugs''
• Training of new & existing clients on Venue Software
• Implement, train and manage the setup process for our clients.
• Cross-selling and up selling products and services (e.g. Training, Web templates)
• Assigning and managing designs and custom web-skin work.

Requirements

• Matric
• Experience within the Hospitality or with international client would be advantageous
• Must be able to speak , and write fluently in German
• Some IT qualification would be great
• Must have knowledge working with HTML and CSS
• Experience within an IT field / Tier 1 Support essential / or Cloud based support
