Generalist Recruiter

SUMMARY:
The Working Earth, a division of the Advtech Resourcing is looking for an ambitious generalist recruiter to join their team

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will join one of our well-established teams of professional specialist recruiters, supported by dedicated trainers who will coach and guide them during their first few months. We will also provide ongoing training refreshers, technical training for your industry and a methodology that has been the secret to our success for more than 30 years.

Your duties will include:

• Business development
• Client liaison
• Cold calling conversions
• Industry research (prospective clients in your specific industry)
• Sourcing top talent and candidates with scarce skills
• Interviewing candidates
• Attending client meetings

Required experience:

• Degree
• 3-5 years’ in a generalist recruitment role
• Ability to liaise at boardroom / high level
• Assertive and persuasive
• Track record of achievement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
