• Filing and faxing for multiple departments
• Ordering supplies for both the cleaning team and stationary cupboard
• Distributing and sending all post
• Answering the phones are redirecting calls
• Overall responsibility for multiple inboxes and e-mail

Experience:
• Good education and qualifications
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work within a team and individually
