General Recruiter

An opportunity is available for a General Recruiter to be based in the Centurion area. 

Requirements:

• Matric
• Minimum 5 years Recruitment and Selection experience (generalist)
• Semi-skilled recruitment and selection experience
• Strong approach to administrative tasks
• Ability to match skills according to client needs (all industries)
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
• Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle
• Third language will be an advantage
• Proven experience of managing various internal and external stakeholder relationships will be an advantage
• Deadline driven, willing to work under extreme pressure
• Presentation skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactive approach of relevant candidates in the market by applying proactive sourcing methodologies
• Proactively build up database to support clients’ needs
• Compile adverts and conduct effective screening of responses
• Networking to ensure strong database of skilled candidates
• Conduct detailed competency-based interviews and references on applicants
• Conduct verification checks on selected candidates, always mitigating risks to client and business
• Establish long-term relationships with candidates
• Review and understand technical job requirements for related clients
• Achieve weekly and monthly production targets
• Achieve monthly financial targets
• Ensure that candidates are prepared for interviews
• Optimal utilisation of recruitment software
• Format CVs in line with Company standards
