SUMMARY:
General Operator
A company in the manufacturing industry is currently recruiting for a General Operator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate must come with a minimum of 1-year of relevant operating experience. This position will be based in Wadeville, Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

Essential: Matric.
Experience in receiving and dispatch, as well as Warehouse Management background.
Essential: Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Roles and Responsibilities

Receiving responsibilities which includes the offloading of pan sets upon arrival at the factory.
Dispatch responsibilities.
Ensuring good housekeeping.
Operating the forklift with due care, competent driving, and a valid forklift license.
Starting up the oven.
Ensuring that oven is operating at the correct temperature before use.

Ensure that warehouse space is maximised, and goods are stored in a logical and efficient manner.
