• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills including leadership skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a leadership capacity
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule if need be
• Daily, weekly, and monthly report generation/interpretation
• Ability to handle customer complaints or issues in a professional capacity
• Constant training of associates, keeping the facility optimally staffed, and ensuring associates are fully trained in all aspects of their current roles
• Manage inventory/ordering and ability to communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers when need be
• Constant supervision and upkeep of premises
• Ensure all services are performed according to our quality and speed of service guidelines
