SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
Act on behalf of and at the instruction of the Directors of the
Association.
• Interact with the Managing Agent, where required
• Manage purchases and tracking on same in line with the available
budget and also contribute to the budget process requirements
• Managing staff as employed by the Association, which includes
overseeing of duties, leave requests, work schedules, time sheets etc.
• Deal with insurance matters, where required
• Liaise with the appointed security contractor should the need arise
• Manage transgressions and enforce parking rules
• Technical skills and working knowledge of General Repairs and
Maintenance.
• Control and manage equipment, included but not limited to sewerage
pumps, water and electricity meters
• Hands on approach to duties allocated.
• Computer Literate (not negotiable), for the purpose of producing
purchase orders and general communication
• The ability to generate regular and accurate reports.
• Bilingual, with knowledge of Xhosa an advantage.
• Ability to respond to emergencies.
• Willingness to work over weekends when necessary and requested.
• Must reside in St Francis/St Francis Bay.
• Be of sober habits.
