POSITION INFO:

â Minimum Requirements:

BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management
Knowledge or exposure to micro-lending or quick loans industry advantageous
Understanding of NCR regulations and credit legislation preferred
Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations

ð Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full management of the micro-lending business
Ensure compliance with NCR regulations and relevant legislation
Develop, implement, and monitor internal credit policies and procedures
Manage financial performance, reporting, and budgeting processes
Oversee loan book performance and risk management
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with stakeholders to support business growth and sustainability
