POSITION INFO:

General Manager | Abu Dhabi | Hospitality Consulting Firm

We are looking for experienced GENERAL MANAGER to manage a team of 30 employees and growing number of clients at rapidly expanding hospitality consulting firm located in Abu Dhabi.

The expert team of highly acclaimed professionals, offers a range of customized business based solutions and consultancy services, targeted at achieving client''s goals - from revenue generation, to increase and enhanced brand awareness.

Skills and Experience required:

• at least 5 years of experience in managing multi-business company
• degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Finance Management or similar
• deep understanding of the Hospitality industry at all levels
• flexibility to adapt to business requirements
• friendly personality able to motivate and manage staff and interact with clients.

Main duties of General Manager:

• Being a central point of Contact for Client Liaison promoting a solid business partnership – assist in contract negotiations for the business;
• Provide strategic leadership to the respective departments within the system to maintain client satisfaction and retention;
• Manage multiple properties;
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines;
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times;
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming;
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information;
• Handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary;
• Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions;
• Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.

Start: ASAP, subject to visa

Salary package for General Manager:

• Gross salary AED 12000 - 15000 CTC (ZAR 48000 - 60000), depending on experience and skills
• Bonus on achieving targets
