POSITION INFO:
General Foreman / Site Manager with 15+ years experience gained on large Residential Developments is required.

• A trade qualification is preferred and a Certificate in Construction Management shall be an added advantage for this role
• Skills required in applying Health and Safety in the work area as well as proven abilities in Supervising Health and Safety in a Construction as well as subcontractor supervision and guidance is critical for this role

• Programming weekly and daily work
• Setting out of structures
• Setting Out Bases (with Theodolite, dumpy level)
• Supervising the various trades
• Supervising concrete work
• Cube Testing
• Toolbox Talks
• DCP Testing
• Surveying
• Quality Control
• Finishing and snagging
• Handing over of Apartments
• Liaising with the Professional Team
• Managing of sub-contractors
• Managing circle meetings with sub-contractors
• Work with Health and Safety Rep
• Manage Site Establishment
• Handle Programming of Work with a Site Agent
• Ordering Materials
• Measuring and Payments of sub-contractors
