General Foreman BUILDING

SUMMARY:
General Foreman required for a building project in BIZANA Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Preference shall be given to Eastern Cape based residents.

Duties shall include the following:

• Oversee overall running of the contract
• Ordering of materials
• Subcontractor Co-Ordination & Programming
• Liasing with Client & Professional Team
• Report to a Site Agent and Contracts Manager
• Manage all site based sub-contractors  

Our Client is a Building Contractor who currently require the services of a General Foreman to manage a Construction site. Preference shall be given to General Foreman who have worked on Shopping Centres, Warehouses and Office Blocks
