JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and responsibilities:

Assist in the delivery of workplace services for a top law firm located in Birmingham
Handle high volume copying, binding, laminating and printing
Quality check Documents
Receiving, sorting, scanning and dispatch of mail
Ordering stationary and stock all other office storage
Further admin and secretarial tasks supporting both office workers and those working from home

Key Skills:

Proven organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to identify health and safety risks
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
