JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of workplace services for a top law firm located in Birmingham
  • Handle high volume copying, binding, laminating and printing
  • Quality check Documents
  • Receiving, sorting, scanning and dispatch of mail
  • Ordering stationary and stock all other office storage
  • Further admin and secretarial tasks supporting both office workers and those working from home

 

Key Skills:

  • Proven organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to identify health and safety risks
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
