SUMMARY:
General Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

General administration.
Raise project numbers.
Manage travel and accommodation.
Database management.
Distribute external and internal mail.
Arrange inspections with the customer.
Issue inspection files to engineers and keep a log of when they are due.
Produce reports following routine inspections, send the report to the customer and update the database.
