SUMMARY:
General Work

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for completing routine and ad hoc office administration duties. This will also include temperature checking all employees regularly to ensure they are able to work

Role Accountabilities:

Answer general telephone calls and email enquiries
Perform office duties such as filing, photocopying, processing incoming and outgoing mail
Monitor central email account, including distribution of emails to correct point of contact
Process and track accounts receivable applications
Administer all payments in a timely manner

Knowledge and Experience:

Able to effectively organise own work
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Good inter-personal skills and ability to develop relationships with internal and external clients at all levels
Co-operative with other employees, on-site customers and visitors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational skills and time management
Ability to use initiative and to work well under pressure/to deadlines
