JOB DESCRIPTION:

South Africa's #1 Property Investment company is looking for a General Admin Assistant to join their trust department. Should you meet the following requirements then this opportunity is for you!

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Requesting information from clients
  • Following up with clients regarding outstanding information
  • Preparing various confirmation letters for clients
  • Follow up for Debit Orders
  • Booking AGM and drafting minutes
  • Tending to FICA documents

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • Administration qualification will be advantageous
  • 0 - 1 years experience in similar role
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Articulate and able to communicate on all levels - face to face, telephonically and in writing
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Suite)
  • Ability to handle multitasking and time management
  • Must have valid drivers licence and own vehicle
