Admin Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the admin assistant you will be supporting a fast paced and busy team with all aspects of administration.

Description

The Key responsibilities of the role will include

Reviewing and ensuring all the correct documentation is present for each purchase
Allocating the correct finance company for payment
Reviewing VAT documentation.
Responding to or action statutory requests for information and fines
Other Ad hoc admin

Profile

The Successful candidate will have/be

To be professional and polite at all times.
To adhere to and maintain confidentiality at all times.
To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably requested

Good organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to be flexible within the role.
Able to prioritise workloads and achieve tight deadlines.
Be able to competently use Microsoft Word.
Manage high volumes of transactions within a high pressured environment.
Efficient with a strong work ethic
