Gearbox Technician

SUMMARY:
The ideal person should have managed/worked in a workshop removing, stripping, repairing, reassembling and refitting gearboxes. Must be able to quote, handle customers and work under pressure.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5-10 years’ experience repairing automatic gearboxes (Knowledge of manual gearboxes advantageous)
• Manage a busy workshop
• Do quotations
• Operate diagnostic equipment
• General vehicle maintenance and service experience on all brands of vehicles
• Valid Driver’s License
• Contactable References / No Criminal Record
• Qualifications AND/OR experience required
• Must be in good health with no previous addictions or criminal record.
