Ga-Rankuwa, Pretoria: QUALITY SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Minimum Requirements:

-Professional and presentable

-Matric / Grade 12

-Relevant qualification a must

-Minimum 3 years quality systems administration experience a must (At least ISO 9001)

-Experienced in quality data analysis, ISO 14001 administration, managing calibration system etc.

-Experience in conducting quality control internal audits

-Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes required

-Stable employment record

-Contactable reference

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Full quality system administration function

-Scrap & rework report (General administration).

-Process sheets based on Control Plan principals (General administration).

-Visual aids and associated documents (General administration).

-Non-conformances (General administration).

-MA Credit notes (General administration).

-As per above, basics i.e. Scrap / rework report, Process sheets based on Control Plan principals, Visual aids and associated documents, Non-conformances, all customers’ Credit notes (General administration).

-Development of procedures, systemic work instructions and Audit schedules (Process, Systems, Product, Layout inspection & functional testing)

-Conduct internal audits based on requirements / standard

-Systems (At least ISO 9001).

-Process (This requires technical knowledge of manufacturing processes).

-Corrective action (8D) register and (8D) administration.

-Supplier-, internal- and customer corrective actions.

-Customer warranty administration.

-Monthly data preparation for reporting (Quality performance, supplier, internal and customer PPM’s, supplier, internal and customer corrective actions (Open vs. closed 8D’s))

-Maintain systems documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949. (Forms, procedures, work instructions)

-Manage calibration system (maintain calibration schedule and register, flag calibration due dates on time to prevent equipment from being overdue, maintain calibration records.)

-Data analysis (using statistical tools).

-ISO 14001 administration.

Salary: ± R 15 000.00 – R 18 000.00 gross (Negotiable depending on experience)
