POSITION INFO:

Job Position: GRV / Receiving Clerk

Ref: 3726

Location: Germiston (Gauteng)
Salary: R17 700 per month commensurate with experience and qualification  

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Reconciliation experience
• Minimum of Matric (Grade 12)
• Good communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
• Computer literate
• Experience with:

-      Processing delivery of all orders, all raw material, auxiliary, packaging materials and consumables and non-stock orders

-      Ensure daily stock counts recorded on bulk plan spread sheet daily for accurate planning and forecasting

-      Receive raw materials and transfer to correction delivery location

-      Processing of issuing vouchers and capturing of diesel

-      Handling all queries concerning goods received

-      Filing all stores documentation

-      Assist with stock-take – run stock count sheets, capture counts and check stocks after posting

-      Ensure that all delivery notes are promptly sent to creditors for payment

-      Answering of telephones

-      Arrange POD''s

-      Handling of queries

-      Housekeeping

-      Compliance to all safety, quality, hygiene and operational requirements
