SUMMARY:
Our client a leader in the confectionery industry is looking for a suitable product manager to work within the product development department. Become part of this exciting team of innovative people and be responsible for the design development of new products and processes or improvements to products and packaging or manufacturing processes

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications: -

Degree or diploma in food technology.
Five years experience in the confectionery industry or similar
Five years experience within the food manufacturing industry developing new products
Five years experience as a manager responsible for a group of food technologists
HACCP and QA management experience

Duties will include, but not limited to: -

Design and Development of new products & processes or improvement to product, packaging or manufacturing processes:
Conduct factory trials and manage manufacturing process of knew an existing product’s
Raw Materials
Legislation
Product Specification
New Product Presentations
Management of Department
Marketing
Management of Products
