RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced and energetic GENERAL RESORT MANAGER for a holiday resort along the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast.
JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
English / Afrikaans speaking (person must be able to speak, read and write English competently).
Hospitality management and other relevant qualifications an added advantage.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Previous working experience on hospitality programmes.
Previous experience in a similar position is ESSENTIAL!
Manage the key performance areas as required.
Manage and control the finances / budget.
Strong staff management skills (develop, grow and motivate all staff members).
Achieve the highest standard of satisfaction for members / guests / customers.
Implementing and maintaining company standards at all times.
General maintenance and grounds management of the entire resort.
Salary offered: To be discussed (housing is not offered on the resort).
