Funeral Insurance Sales Consultant – with RE5

One of our clients a leading Insurance Company is looking to appoint a Funeral Sales Consultant as business is thriving in their KZN branch

POSITION INFO:

The purpose of this role is to conduct policy sales. Build the customer relationship and meet various KPIs. Connect with the customer, conduct needs analysis and propose customer solutions. The consultant requires a solid knowledge of products and the market, with a focus on growing the company brand.

Education and Experience

SAQA Accredited Qualification/ Equivalent (120 FAIS credits)
RE 5
2 years’ experience in a telephonic sale
Avaya telephonic system (advantage)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain customer relationships as first point of contact
Customer Relationship Management CRM
Identify products or services that best meet the customer’s needs
Performance management by prioritizing and optimizing own workflow to achieve sales targets
Identify potential customers by obtaining referrals and recommendations
Operational compliance by following company policies and procedures
Keep abreast with changes in external regulations, internal policies, and procedures
IT skills: outlook, AS 400, Apollo, IEX (basic)
